How it works

1. Discuss

Invite your employee to apply, or, an employee may come to you wanting to apply.

2. Application and reference

If they're keen, they'll do the hard work - all you need to do is write a reference for them within 7 days.


3. Assessment

Your employee will let you know the outcome of their application. If successful, we pay their fees direct with the course provider

4. Plan

Before they start the course, you'll need to arrange cover for when they're away (who said good things were easy?)
